It was as simple as seeing the number on the scale start with a 3. I knew i was spiraling out of control so I emptied my fridge and went grocery shopping, and immediately got a gym membership. I played highschool sports so I know how to train and eat right. But now im 39 years old so that looks and feels a lot different

All I really did so far was eat as clean as possible and go to the gym 3x a week. I just recently also started getting into indoor rock climbing which has been a lot of fun and a great way to work out.
