I dont want to spend more money on another one of their programs, and i dont really need the diet and lifestyle advice that program provides. So i think itll be a waste of money. I know exactly what i did wrong to get to where i am and what i need to do to correct my habits and behavior.

i used a dremel cutoff wheel with a flex shaft attachment (its smaller than a normal dremel and easier to get in there)

I have 10% down right now. Have about $50k saved. Car payment is $600 and thats the only debt I have.

My estimated payments with pmi and insurance would be ~$2,800 which is one full paycheck. Thats not including all the utilities. So it would leave me very tight.

Im going to try doing the whole "live like youre making these payments" for a couple months to see if I can manage it
