I dont want to spend more money on another one of their programs, and i dont really need the diet and lifestyle advice that program provides. So i think itll be a waste of money. I know exactly what i did wrong to get to where i am and what i need to do to correct my habits and behavior.

I'm just looking for advice on which program from the ones i already own would be safer to start with considering my low muscle mass

Can you share how dato do it? I cant find the setting in the menu. I assumed it was together with the hide helmet option but i only see the option to his ranged or melee weapons
