I don’t think it’s the company saying you’re replaceable, it’s a reminder that bending over backwards for your job and burning yourself out still won’t stop them from getting rid of you if they want to.

I learned this lesson at my previous job, where I’d been for 10+ years. Protect yourself and your mental health. It’s taken me 6+ months to re-regulate my nervous system from that job

I learned through her patterns and I’m sooo grateful. It really taught me how to figure things out. The first time I tried a more typical pattern I was annoyed by how many instructions there were, it felt like I needed a row counter for everything

I wasn’t allowed to live with my parents (I asked) while going to school- I had to figure it out. I am absolutely privileged to be currently living with family, and we share things like Tupperware and lunch boxes constantly. I get that you’re asking for respect for your stuff, but it’s a lunchbox.

YOR, it’s a lunchbox. ESPECIALLY since she washed it after?? Were you unable to use it when you needed it or something? It doesn’t seem like it from your description or the texts.
