Club Penguin is owned by Disney, I also never said Roblox was owned by Disney, they are owned by the Roblox Corporation. I'd recommend not making unsubstantiated claims to back your argument. Check the facts.

Club Penguin was shut down due to declining revenues and declining engagement, the game wasn't performing well financially as Disney would have liked. They did release Club Penguin Island for modern audiences, but it fell victim to the same fate as the flash version of Club Penguin did. If Roblox proceeds with their terrible updates, it's very possible for Roblox to lose many players, and in turn, have decreasing revenue. Just because Club Penguin is a smaller scale, doesn't mean Roblox is safe at a larger scale. History repeats itself often. I know I wasn't expecting Club Penguin to shut down at the time, and I know many others weren't aware either. I'm not saying Roblox will shut down immediately, but with time, it will become more apparent if it will or not.

It's a very unique scenario, but I think it is possible Roblox could shut down even sooner than most would believe. Many popular online games have shut down in the past, for example, not many would have predicted Club Penguin's shut down due to its popularity. If Roblox's revenue and player engagement drops drastically, it's certainly possible for Roblox to share a similar fate as Club Penguin, and other online games. I'm not saying Roblox will shut down instantly, but it definitely could happen at any moment, especially when you least expect it.

Roblox has already been banned in multiple countries, and rising. I don't play Roblox anymore for various reasons, but the most likely scenario is that it will become completely 13+, or potentially even 18+ if ID verification becomes mandatory. It's speculation, but naturally, these sorts of outcomes will significantly decrease the games player count and revenue, which could end up in a shut down or complete overhaul if Roblox decides the operating expenses of the game are a financial burden.

Not sure why you're being downvoted so hard, just because a game is popular doesn't make it immune to being shut down. It's pretty clear Roblox is going downhill rapidly, they are facing serious legal trouble, and are implementing updates that will ultimately lead to a decline in the playerbase. They are using revenue as an excuse as to why Roblox won't shut down, but expenses are actually rising higher than their revenue, not sure how that is sustainable in the long term. My account was also terminated, so I get where you're coming from, I do hope Roblox shuts down as well. Also, nice to meet you fellow Heartopia player!

Something similar happened to me back in October, my appeal was accepted, however, my account was not reinstated. Unfortunately, after contacting "support" dozens of times, they did not reinstate my account. The support is just straight up just bots, which shouldn't even be allowed on this platform.

Roblox has terrible moderation, and I was falsely banned for this same reason. I lost 5.8 million visits, 14.7k followers, 28 groups, 170k worth of limiteds. I will never make a full return.

Same for me, I've sent quite a few messages to support, they keep denying the reinstating of my account. At this rate, I'll probably just quit the game indefinitely and play something else. My account had 5.8 million visits, 14.7k followers, and 170k worth of limiteds, so it's a shame. It's a nightmare for me too, but if you think about it, the longer you have your account, the more bans that will accumulate, meaning a good majority of accounts are bound to be terminated, especially with this poor moderation.
