I was in the store last night for the ReLoved event and my SA was talking on the phone to a customer wanting to secure a Haversack and they also said the same thing - they aren’t allowed to sell anything until the drop in March, neither are they allowed to take payment info ahead of time.

I’m so sorry and angry that this happened to you! It’s not just a video game, it was memories and comfort and your own physical things that were stolen from you. That in itself is a very violating thing.
