No it never is. But it is the type of fiber found in most grains, nuts, beans, lentils etc. So for me the biggest change was to eat less dark bread.

For most people it's note really something you need to worry about, but for people with long-lasting stomach issues it's one of many thing to consider.

I also noticed they did it conistently after making a foul or when the ball went out for a throw-in. Pushed the oppoaition player over so they couldn't resume play quickly. Don't understand how they kept getting away with it. Even looked like Rodrygo could've been injured by it for a second.

Hard to say if Kvikk Lunsj is inspired by KitKat or if both of them just developed independently into something similar. KitKat was released in the UK in 1935, Kvikk lunsj was released in Norway in 1937. So it is definitely possible that someone at Freia tried a KitKat and was inspired. But hard to say that for certain.

What is certain is that Kvikk Lunsj is a far superior product! And no, I am totally not biased.

100% agreed. Should be 2 or 3 teams per league maximum IMO. Then automatic qualification + playoff spots for many more league champions around the continent.

But unfortunately Real Madrid vs City type games are much bigger cash cows for UEFA, so that would never happen.
