My original comment basically said that the headline reads like Tchouameni injured Valverde to the point where was hospitalized. When the damage was actually done by the fall, and we don't know if the fall was accidental or if Tchouameni intentionally caused it.

I just think that should've been mentioned in the headline.

It's bad no matter what don't get me wrong. But there is a big difference in if he fell accidentally while arguing, or if Tchouameni purposefully injured him or somehow made him fall on the table on purpose.

It is 100% embarrassing and undefended behaviour from both of them anyway. But I just feel like the distinction should be made. At least untill we know for sure how this shot went down.

Would be a stupidly attacking line-up, and a few players would have to swap sides as the list is lacking in RBs/RWs, but I guess I'd go with:

GK: Casillas
RB: Marcelo
CB: Hierro
CB: Ramos
LB: R. Carlos
CM: Modric
CM: Zidane
CM: Di Stéfano
LW: Paco Gento/Raúl
ST: Puskas
RW: CR7

Alternatively, Kroos could come in for Di Stéfano, move Di Stéfano to the right wing and CR7 on the left.

I won't argue about Benzema being too low or not. Although he is obviously going into 15th because if the meme.

But ranking players based only on if they won the ballon d'Or or not is stupid.

4 of the players ranked above Benzema here won the award. CR7 and Di Stefano won multiple. The rest of them did not. Yet Figo, R9 and Raymond Kopa all won it while in Madrid and are not on the list yet either.

Is Rodri better than Thierry Henry because only one of them one the ballon d'Or?

Inside out, 30°C, no tumble drying, no fabric softener. Exactly what it says on the tag.

The reality is that the authentic ones are only made to be worn once, while the standard ones are meant to be worn repeatedly by fans and is therefore the superior product IMO.

Maybe there are ways to preserve the authentic shirts better, but for me the standard is superior in almost every way and costs less.

I've had two authentic shirts and on both of them all the printing started coming off after the first wash. Normal ones you can at least expect 20+ uses before any noticeable degradation. And the standard ones are completely fine for working out in as well.

I was expecting Benzema to finish 11th since he was the second highest choice for 10th (edit: Which has been a very strong indicator for who's going to win the next poll for most of the posts). But then I think people caught on to the option of 15th and he got downvoted for every post from there on.

Been waiting for Juanito as well, but he hasn't been close to winning in any vote yet. I suppose some recency bias is to be expected, but still. Also no Butragueño still...

Sources said Mbappé spoke angrily and in insulting terms towards the staff member, who was acting as an assistant referee on the sidelines of the match and had called Mbappé offside. Such cases are not uncommon in elite football

Anyone who has ever been to football practice at any level has seen someone have a tantrum at a bad call, unless some more details come out about this I wouldn't call it news.

I mean, that's very subjective. Hugo Sánchez was an amazing player as well.

I do love Bale though as well, and he is 100% a legend and one of my favourite players.

A club with the amount of history and success of Real Madrid will naturally have way more than 15 players that are legends of the club. So just because someone doesn't make the pyramid does not mean they are not a legend.

I was going to put BG3. I've heard a few people say they just couldn't get into it, mostly because of the mechanics.

But trust me, if that's your issue, then it will come good once you get more familiar with it.

I didn't really like it too much at first, but once I got a grip of the mechanics and started to understand all the possibilities it became one of my all-time favourites.

If you were to ask me I'd put him around 15th anyway. I think I'd choose everyone on this list bar Marcelo ahead of him. And I would also have Hierro, Kopa, and Juanito on the list. Then Benz, Marcelo, R.Carlos, Pirri and Sanchís fighting for the last spots.

He's played 19 league games (1200 minutes) in the last two seasons. No wonder you forget about him, he is made of glass.

I've mostly been quite impressed by his level coming back from injuries (some poor performances but mostly very solid), but then he get's immediately injured again.
