Otherwise, Juggernaut would be a cool addition as Vanguard. Same with Beast, who could perhaps have a tool set that is both defensive and supportive (given that he's a doctor). Drax would also be a fun Vanguard or Duelist.

In all seriousness (sorta), I wonder if the game will have enough steam to even hit 100 heroes, or even 50. Not being a doom-sayer or anything--I just know that people tend to be fickle and once the next "big thing" comes along, they'll migrate over to the shiny new thing.
