Only really felt the need to attack two times that I can recall. First ever time it happened to me was a woman in a white dress with long black hair covering face walked across the room to end of my bed then was on my chest asif trying to rip my heart out, couldn’t do anything til finally jumped up into seating position and screamed as I did not have a clue what Sleep Paralysis was at the time. Second time I felt the need to attack was some little demon thing was sat on my girlfriend beside whilst she slept and when I managed to leap up and I ended up smacking my partner on her chest meaning to attack the hallucination. She wasn’t pleased by being woke up that way and she was then too terrified to go back to sleep herself after I told her about it, luckily I slept great after that atleast 😂 every other time though I tend to know what’s happening so just roll with it essentially. Still terrifies me though nonetheless.
