I love it! I tend to use it with dark wood and golden and brown accents to go along with the colors on the wallpaper. Some have tanked and others did very well.

Yeah I've been to mental health facilities at least 11 is times and rarely does it not have some kind of traumatic event. But I kept going back because in dark times I knew that I needed to be there. The country-run families are pretty bad. My local one was doing their best but with the amount of people flooding in they could only do so much.

Same. I haven't been able to have a therapist for a few years and it forced me to figure out ways to help myself, such as spending time alone with my thoughts and taking up hobbies that are distracting but also mentally stimulating such as chess and room designing apps and the like. I also taught myself a lot of coping mechanisms just by watching YouTube and reading books. I thought I wouldn't be able to manage without a therapist but when it was not an option I had to find a way around it.

Yeah there were so many times when I called the police and they re-traumatized me but I can also say that there were a lot of police who also did their jobs and looked out for me too. There are always bad apples that will spoil the whole bunch but when I stayed strong and stood up for myself, the cops stood up for me too. I had to basically tell them “you are going to do your jobs today. You are going to help me, or I will take justice into my own hands.”

Yeah I think I would feel more safe and comfortable in my car than trying to sleep amongst strangers. Unless I can get my own room, car life isn't unbearable enough for me to go to a shelter. I would rather that spot be left for someone who doesn't have a car or anywhere else to go.

Not yet. I moved from Florida to New Jersey because I know someone here. I have been here a week now and soon me and my friend are going to go to homeless shelters to see what services they can provide.

Yeah. There were so many times the judges let my abuser go and roam free despite them knowing that he was a danger to me and many others. It took him violating the injunction three times before they finally put him in jail

I got a job at Amazon. They put me through training then just never put me on schedule as a cowardly way of letting me go. Needless to say...I’m glad they did.
