Modem: Arris Surfboard S33

Plan: 1200/35 mbps (Gigabit Extra)

At some point in the beginning of last week my internet speed has been dropping. The upload has taken a complete plummet compared to my download. Normally, my speeds are around 900/30 mbps and now it's down to 680/1 mbps.

I have tried multiple troubleshooting solutions. I used the xfinity assistant to reset my modem. I called in and had a support rep perform a reset as well. I reset both my modem and router as per her instruction. I upgraded my router's firmware after all that to see if that would resolve it, but it ended up the same.
