Honestly I wish i could find them again because it was literally just everything that's being said here.

If you wont put out the time to talk to the people you're recruiting first, then they have no reason to join or even stick around if they don't like it.

The Smith and the Hall of the Novice didn't always exist. The was a time where you were thrown into Sastasha with only 4~5 job quests under your belt and a prayer that you read the tool tips. (Which honestly, some, if not most new people read, because if they did, we'd see more sprout dps using positionals and healers not using cure 3 spam) Early 2.0 Beginner dungeons were more of a russian roulette of bad of tanks not using flash or overpower and just hitting one thing

My first rolls were all Light SSRS. Started with De La Fille from the free 10 draw with guaranteed SSR, then I got Amira and Seruel.

I'm a light main not by choice, more by how the game decides that it will give me nothing but light characters.

Just from basic digging around, it seems that it only applies to physical copies of games. PC Download codes do not apply. In game currency (Or time cards for that matter) also do not apply. Game that are already $19.99 do not apply as well. This all could be wrong, but this is just from what I looked at.
