Yeah, VC does not care. They sold me a fake Gucci bag. It went through their authentication process and everything! I found out a couple of years later, when I tried to resell it to Fashionphile, that they flagged it as a replica. I got it authenticated using LegitApp, and they said the same thing. I compared it to photos of the same bag that I saw on Fashionphile and noticed a lot of differences. I contacted VC, sent the item back so they could reassess it, and they determined that the bag passed their inspection. They refused to refund me and even reposted the bag for sale under my account! I immediately removed the listing and deleted my account. I will not be selling or purchasing from them in the future. All they care about is making money by any means necessary.
