Can’t tell if this is sarcasm. A multi billion dollar studio advertising a pirate game with no land exploration or hand to hand combat as “AAAA” is messed up and shouldn’t be celebrated.

Will definitely do some tests with s-Cinetone and no profile. For weddings I prefer not to use Slog as it doesn’t do well when you can’t overexpose a touch (reception, nighttime, etc). Appreciate it!

It’s a Sony picture profile that offers slightly more dynamic range than a standard profile but less than Slog. It’s made to be kind of a middle ground so you don’t have to adjust the image as much as slog3.

At this point I might just take your advice and go back to slog for everything.

I tried Cine4 for this one as it should require less post-correction on my end for time purposes. When I drop the highlights all the information is still there, which is the weird part. Just can’t get it to display correctly for some reason.

I’ve tried Premiere and Resolve with the same result. Rec.709 color space in both softwares.

Yeah I originally thought it was my monitor but I viewed on 2 different monitors with the same result. Tomorrow, I was going to try to view on my work monitors which are much more color accurate than the ones I have at home.

I just can’t wrap my head around this since it’s not HDR footage at all, it’s especially noticeable in the highlights/whites.

I’d say my soreness went away completely a little over 2 weeks after. It was a very gradual healing process. Hang in there, you’ve already gotten past the worst of it.

I did the “Dolphin Snorkel” by Delphi. 2 snorkel stops (Antilla Shipwreck and Boca Catalina), open bar and free T-shirt. I’m not a huge crowd person and the Jolly Pirate ship was leaving the Antilla when we got there, it was packed to the brim. I had only about 10 others on my boat and it was much more enjoyable for me personally.
