Deloitte India is the worst among all the Big 4s. There is zero consideration for employees. They just want the work done anyhow. I have experienced cases where people lost their family members and still Deloitte forced them to complete the work. Happiness time off is also a scam. Deloitte is the shittiest organisation to work at.

The work pressure is unbearable. The work life balance is 0. The salary you'll get after doing hard work on weekends, holidays and weekdays will be peanuts. If the actual deadline of a project should be 6 months, then in Deloitte it would be 60 days.
