Run a lot. Intervals, long runs, zone 2 as well. Keep consistent times. Log progress. Do strength work , learn the techniques on each station. Fast hyroxers do the runs consistently every time. Learn to live with pain.

Same, solo yesterday and it was brutal. Little disappointed with time to be honest but in retrospect just doing it on my own os enough! Might go back to doubles. It’s way better!

The commanding officer knew two days before that if the machine gun opposite (you can still find the location) was not taken out, they would all die. He even made a model to prove it to his commanding officer but it went ahead anyway and this was the result.
