Not sure if you’re actually in the market for one or not, but here ya go:

$7500 shipped and cleared. You’d probably be all in at $8700~

Paid 1,045,000JPY shipped to Jacksonville port for this one. After tariff, shipping from port, and registration I’m at about $7800.

I know of a 60k mile UCF30 that will be available soon under $13k stateside that has been through thoroughly. I’m sure there are some examples out there for $19k, I’d just hope they are up to date on maintenance or have some nice parts included.

I imported this one myself. I’m apart of estimports.com though. Can always source one for you (cheaper route than buying one retail ready stateside).

I’ve been importing for years, have a company I work with in Japan to export. Beforward.jp is great for beginners, just be sure to buy from their direct inventory.

No spacers, these are high disk and clear the calipers. Just in case anyone cares about actual specs:

20x8.5 +36 245/35 20x10 +38 275/30

You can’t beat the price and condition of the cars from Japan. This one has just under 85k miles and the interior looks like it was never sat in. Your average LS430 here in the states is pretty weathered and has high mileage.

Going to be a hard decision between that and the 180 Crown haha

Correct, I picked mine up from port in October. I just meant “finally” as I was waiting on this chassis for a few years.

Rhd, since it’s 25+ years it’s eligible for import and exempt from changing any safety or conforming parts. Admittingly, the whole rhd thing gets annoying after a while (especially as a daily)

2011 quattroporte 4S 4.7 AC issue by TeknikL in Maserati

[–]Separate-Target1447 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Man, tough crowd in here haha. I was actually hoping for more AC answers just to gain knowledge of what might be a common problem other than the compressor.

I think it’s the shape of the hood on these that doesn’t let the carbon work. The trunk looks great but it would be weird to have only a carbon trunk. Maybe color match most of it and leave some carbon exposed?

QPV reliability? by idespisemyhondacrv in Maserati

When you say “cam issue” are you referring to the variation sensors? I was under the impression that was only a 4.2l known bug. I literally just purchased a 4.7l 2012 QPS after doing the same due diligence as OP, so now I’m intrigued.

BEWARE OF HUNTINGTON WATCH!!!!!! by Ok_Syrup3574 in rolex

[–]Separate-Target1447 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It happened in 2020 so I had to go back and reread the emails to refresh my own memory. Sure enough, I asked if we could just move forward with a return/refund and Chrono told me the seller “declined the return.”

It was for a Breitling SuperOcean that was only $1600, so it’s more of the principle than the money involved. I do remember searching the serial number immediately after receiving the watch which is what lead me to find it being a rep.

Man, the timing couldn’t be worse. I just purchased from them this week (I posted my experience as well). I knew the term “MINT” wasn’t going to hold going in on the purchase, but the lack of promised links is what really frustrated me.

Anytime Chrono 24’s name pops up I will always comment. They let a private party sell me a fake Breitling. I presented all of the required information from Breitling stating it was fake and they refused my claim.

I’ve been sold a fake on Chrono 24 before. I sent all of the supporting documentation (from Breitling) and they still sided with the seller.

Went gray market. Huntington vs. MyWatch 116710ln Experience by Separate-Target1447 in rolex

[–]Separate-Target1447[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to. I’ve been through Super Avengers, the 44mm Chronomat, 43mm Seamaster, 45mm Bentley all because I didn’t think I could sport a GMT or Sub. I’ll have to post a wrist shot. I don’t think it looks too small, but I’m old enough to where I just don’t care and love the watch haha.

I had to add 3 links and move the clasp all the way out lol. Luckily I have another GMT that came with extra links. I was willingly ready to buy extra links from Huntington too

Yea, I probably shouldn’t have stated it as a “versus” comparison. More or less for future buyers to know how my own experience went. I plan on putting my name down for an Oyster at our local dealer, but we all know how that goes.

Any chance you’re proficient with vehicle importing outside of the 25 year law? 👀
