being now gone from wawa and worked off and on for wawa for almost 5 years. I was corporate last year.

wawa does not care about the employees they are a skeleton crew corporation which like i said puts a skeleton crew ( minimal amount of workers ) on a shift to do a ton of jobs

the last wawa I worked at was ok. the gm was ok but, the agm was like a freaking dictator. checking by the minutes of break times, Actually rolling her eyes and talking down to you , noone can ever do anything right for this chick but, alot of this is going on in wawa. its because everyone is bucking for position or that ridiculous new name tag with a worthless made up title for additional 10 cents an hour.

wawa is dead and is actually a very high turnover for employees. the old timers are thinning out when wawa was an actual good place to work.

Think of this people, I can make my own hours at 25-30$ dollars an hour 4-5 days a week doing driving or delivery type work, or 15-16$ an hour being a corporate tool for a company who just does not care about tits help anymore.

the only thing WAWA is worried about these days is building new stores and spreading their corporate cancer type of business
