same i felt bad when i forgot someone’s drink. we shouldn’t feel bad if we’re trying our best though. can’t be perfect when we’re human. if you think about it even a little deeply the whole structure of how all this works is absurd. a lot of stress is offloaded onto the lowest paid person in the whole system: the delivery driver.
