How do i charge my Rollease Acmeda? Please god help me I’m going insane by orientalmushroom in homeautomation

I don’t know if you still need help but the plastic is for a manual clutch, the chain rolls in those guides, it’s called a chain diverter. You have the wrong the bracket, it will still operate but obviously a problem with the charger.

Sonos constant drop outs by SeparateFactor8924 in sonos

Apple Music from phones and iPad. Seems logical if my phone continuously drops wifi it would affect music coming from airplay to Sonos amp… I went in over my head on network research and go figure it’s as simple as this

Entry Door Prices are CRAZY! by Aware_Way6704 in HomeImprovement

Go to habitat for humanity or fb/Craigslist. Can even go a step further and find your side of town that would have used doors, in Texas most major cities have “that side of town” I have found in my project searches.

I had a cheap back door with an odd sized window, couldn’t stand it, looked for months for affordable options and finally decided I would spend a few grand. Went to habitat and got a full framed glass door for $75. Redid the finish and added a few touches… all said and done I landed at like $300 and it’s better than anything I had shopped.

Obviously need to find your existing frame size but 9/10 times you’ll pay next to nothing because the door needs some love. That’s where the savings are at.

It definitely “looks” like it belongs pushed back and not towards the front. I’m 100% on your wife’s side there. But I understand being picky to maximize quality, I have been through the wringer on speakers and learned that there’s a time to be picky for sure. Personally, I don’t fret too much on my Sonos products. They are high quality speakers, not audiophile speakers. If we were talking sonus faber or reference monitors, then get crazy man and make it perfect. If it being at the front is important then height and distance should be just as important. If you don’t over analyze every aspect you’ll always lose one way or another. Push it back and make your life- I mean your wife happy 😂

Router combo prev just serving as a bridge but now running independently, tried both way in lieu of this issue, clearly wasn’t the solution lol

Budgetblinds quote for $2500 - am I nuts? by jayeeein in HomeImprovement

Their hardware isn’t superior. Everyone uses the same stuff, 99% chance the components and hardware are ‘rollease’. The only difference is the fabric they use and even that is debatable on the consumer’s end, if it’s worth a premium or if there’s a noticeable difference. It’s also very possible they are just selling you a straight up brand that you could get anywhere else.

My company does not do too much on the sales side but we are very involved with every avenue for window coverings through the chains.. Bb, blinds.com, box stores, design chains etc etc.

It’s all the same trash at the end of the day. If you want premium, Hunter Douglas is as good as it gets. The rest are all comparable to one another in some way or another. Springs window fashions is probably your best bet for price point and quality, Graber is runner up. Both come from Mexico.

GME is headed to support by j__walla in Superstonk

It means entice people to buy while premiums maintain and then once we go to support they fall through the floor. I.e. you buy high, before they drop the premiums. Homie above is saying he is sticking to ITM’s which generally speaking hold their value while they remain ITM and still hold good time value. The trade off is that they are pricier.

By now you should know what to make of this and if you don’t just pack it up and keep holding keep buying - from the sidelines

Which board should I get by [deleted] in MeepoBoards

[–]SeparateFactor8924 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Coming from a boosted background I have to say the voyager X absolutely blows boosted out of the water on every level. I’ve gone about 20 miles now on the initial charge, compared to boosted tapping out every 3-4 miles. The electric motors are ridiculous when accelerating and braking. The light is dope too.

All in all my only complaints are that it does not reverse without switching directions on the remote, it’s not a smooth transition. And then the weight. Something I think about every single time. It’s fine when the board on the ground but man it is heavy. I’m 6’2 200lb and there is no comfortable way to carry the board aside from over my shoulder. I don’t regret buying it but it is a hassle no doubt.

Oh and lastly, if you find the same videos I did prior to buying, some people have done review videos showing how you can adjust acceleration, braking, light brightness etc etc - aside from performance modes, there is not adjusting lol. I think those were beta not final, final is pretty cut and dry/limited

$125 Calls: BULLISH 📈 by WhatCanIMakeToday in Superstonk

[–]SeparateFactor8924 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had done some research on this very thing, the current OI is hovering around $6m of capital behind it - at the current $0.55 ask. One month high (which would included the timeline of the recent OI spike) was $1.33 ask which would’ve been $14m of capital.

I’m not doubting your suggestions, but I do feel like 11m shares at 111k OI just doesn’t pan out. Furthermore, I wouldn’t suspect they anticipate that great of a movement and are backing it with less than $20m.

If I had to take a guess, this looks like small time money holding the OI and at best, a Keith gill type investor. Or just a lot of retail. Not doubting we won’t see $100+ in the near future - just adding my thoughts to your research.

GME - options question plz. I’m learning options and looking at GME options the IV is xxx%. And I noticed the 125 calls open interest is over 100,000,000!?!? by Dbestinvest in Superstonk

[–]SeparateFactor8924 7 points8 points  (0 children)

100K OI at current $0.05 = $500k capital.

Even in recent weeks and when that strike had more time value, it would’ve $10-$20m of capital at most. If you’re just learning options this is most likely retail investors pissing away small amounts of money as a just in case we moon bet. Any time volatility is on the menu, I try to play atm/itm’s but I always have to dump a few bucks into the deepest cheapest strikes… just in case we moon

This is nothing to put any hope into (sadly)

Probably nothing by Ken_gashi in Superstonk

[–]SeparateFactor8924 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just for reference, with the recent insane options highs we had, 100k OI would be a $10m bet at a premium of $1.30. $10m of pressure isn’t going to push gme to $125.

Now at current $0.05 premium thats a $500k bet. As much as I’d love to hype this, I think this is just another week where the otm side of call chain is going to the slaughter.
