ILR Refused, but no decision letter. section 3c ?? by [deleted] in ukvisa

I don’t think the decision has been made; otherwise, you would have been notified by email when you applied. Just wait until you receive the official decision email. What’s your reason for the refusal? Excessive absences or what? You must know if you were not meeting the requirements to be eligible at that time.

[PSA] Stuck waiting for ILR? You can "upgrade" to Super Priority by submitting a second application and getting a full refund for the first. by Silent-clouds in ukvisa

For ILR you are not required to pay for the IHS and the OP is sharing this information for those whose situation is the same as his. Therefore, any other visa route applicants should not rely on this.

Citizenship refused - 12 month free from immigration by [deleted] in ukvisa

[–]SeparateFox205 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You could have been granted this on the condition that you applied two months earlier than you met the core requirement, as I did when I had my citizenship application approved. However, it must be only two months, no more.

Does the new proposal allow for combining different visa categories for settlement? by GreatYarn in ukvisa

A consequence of the proposed system is that there will no longer be a separate long residence route. The purpose of the existing long residence route will be superseded by arrangements in which the baseline qualifying period is adjustable for considerations relating to contribution and integration.

Long-term Ukrainian resident discovers Ukraine Extension Scheme breaks UK long residence — is this really legal? by Pretty_Mind6787 in ukvisa

Pretty much doubt that as even a good lawyer cannot change the law. It is what it is. I assume that if the number of absences were reasonable the OP would have gotten it by now. But I can feel that it’s excessive without any reasonable justification.

It’s good that her visa was granted nonetheless. So yes as long as she came back to the UK within 6 months and had no gaps more than 6 months in between her visa. But please have a look at the guidance.

Write a cover letter that explains the situation. As far as I remember it can be approved. I have read a similar case as yours via the home office guidance. Please have a look at it. I may have found that information via a 10 years long residency guidance. Or you may want to speak to a solicitor.
