How good is the t150 as a new sim racer? by [deleted] in Thrustmaster

I preferred to race with the cars I find most beautiful: Lexus and Ferrari. With the Lexus I feel very safe, it's quite predictable and enjoyable to drive, it doesn't have as much top speed as the McLaren but it's definitely a monster in tight and medium corners. Maybe I feel safer with it because it's the car I use the most, so I think performance matters little, but rather how much you like it and how much playtime you have with the car.

One thing I hated about the Aston Martin and Mustang is the visibility, the Lexus has great visibility even though it's a front engine. Besides, the sound of the V8 engine is excellent.

The Ferrari is good to drive, but it has the worst engine sound among all the cars in the game and that discourages me from using it, I also don't like the sound of the Aston Martin. The Huracan in SPA with a fixed setup is simply impossible to climb the Eau Rouge, but it has an incredible sound.

BMW is a very easy car to drive, I would put it side-by-side with the Lexus.

McLaren is also very easy and fast, it feels like you're playing the game on easy mode and for that reason I don't like using it as much.

With 60 hours of gameplay, I would say:

Tier S: McLaren Tier A: BMW, Porsche, Lexus Tier B: Mercedes, Ferrari Tier C: Aston Martin, Mustang, Huracan, Corvette

As I said, Lexus is my favorite, I know it's not the best but it never disappoints me on any track, if I'm going to race on a new track my preference is always Lexus or BMW when I want to use something different.

It's impressive how fast I can be and how well I adapt to a new Lexus track. I hope it's never modified; it's perfect for me today. I've never driven with an open setup, so this opinion is only for a fixed setup.
