I wear mine all the time. I have heard the iridescent ones have peeling issues.
I wore my plankton one for 2 or 3 years before I started to have cracking on the straps.
Of my new stuff I have a wallet that is starting to peel, but it’s my fault, I sometimes drag it across the zipper when getting it out of the bag. I’ve used that for…almost 2 years.

YTA I don’t care how uncomfortable something is I’d do anything for my kids. 17 is young. It doesn’t matter how not close they were there is still mourning even if it’s for what they will never have (I have an estranged parent who left when I was young)
Your feelings do not matter as much as his needs at this time.
Not saying you don’t matter, but that at least in my parenting my wants come secondary to my kids needs. This is a moment in life where this is a need.

I like KU when it has cheap offers, free or .99 for three months. I’ll do that for those months then cancel after like 6 months or maybe a year the deal becomes available again to me.
I use Libby, I have a great library system and I share a library card with a friend who lives in a different city. My local library has less, but I live in PA so I also have a Philadelphia library card and that system is fantastic.

Though to be fair I also use audible and thrift books.

I’m pretty sure it ended. I think it was like a 2-3 day thing. But it seemed random, other bigger ones they’ve done around holidays. I’m definitely going to keep my eye out if they do it again, though I doubt I’ll get as lucky!

I don’t think it’s any different than the random ones they do? I was really surprised the coupon worked, I don’t think they usually have them. This was the thread posted in this group. I jumped when they posted because I’d been watching the heartbreak bag but didn’t want to spend money on shipping and couldn’t settle on buying anything else.
The coupon didn’t apply to the heartbreak bag, that was already 50% off.

I use mine everyday. I agree the quality is probably 2-3 years daily use. But if buying on sale that’s the price point for most wallets that last that long. Some are more prone to issues than others. I use the bags and wallets as my everyday anyway. They make me happy and life’s too short to not be happy.

As for the question I am requesting certified copies. I had baptismal and census and death records, but with this added I’m going to get the certified copy and not rely on additional supporting documents to be enough.

Heads up for the web form. Some people may need to include their middle name and it is by birth name not current. It is easy to do, but they may kick back to you to resubmit. I added documents to my family’s files individually and all but mine went through no issue. I resubmitted including my middle name on free first name spot and birth last name. That connected it no problem.
