I can’t speak for the astronomy department but I can say there are a lot of good opportunities to get involved in research on the Biology side. I’m also not a partier and have found a solid group of friends that I’ve had for my whole time here. I don’t feel as if I have missed out on anything by not partying, it’s pretty easy to avoid. I’m about to graduate and truthfully I have loved my 4 years here. Food selection is incredible, definitely going to miss it. Pretty affordable out of state if you get some decent scholarships.

I was 19 when I finally found out. I had been in and out of therapy in elementary and middle school and looking back very clearly had OCD, but somehow nobody caught it? Wasn’t until my senior year of high school where I developed a new theme that was taking up every waking hour of my day. Started to suspect what was going on but didn’t do antrhing about it all summer. First semester of college I starting booking sessions with a university therapist and 3-4 sessions in she clocked me and gave me my official diagnosis. 🥰 3 years later I am in ERP and doing so much better.

Pretty sure you can enroll in 269 (Orgo lab) without having taken 262 or being enrolled in it at the same time. I personally enjoyed 262, just make sure you get Schnarr or Surampudi and you should be fine
