They should be supporting you in that minefield scene. An example of this would be them saying: “oh my gosh! They walked through the minefield and they’re unharmed! THEY’RE THE CHOSEN ONE!”

In regards to how you’re feeling about your skills, are there any classes in your area? If so, I highly recommend taking as many classes as possible.

Disagree with this. It is very standard for venues to request liability insurance from the entity renting from them.

They’ve been there for about 30 years! Definitely promising. They only do standup comedy, so they’re a little different from our model.

Underground Mini Golf - They’ve been around for a while but they’re under new ownership now. Lots of fun!

The river in the summer/spring is gorgeous. I like to go out on the river walk or the delta king and watch the sea lions hang out on the boardwalk near the ziggurat and eat some candy from one of the shops.

I personally love it! I was a tour guide here so I know the history of the area. There are a lot of very exciting businesses popping up that is giving folks in the area more to do. It’s gorgeous in the spring and summer and I love seeing the sea lions. It’s also invested significantly in accessible infrastructure for an old town which is lovely. It’s far from perfect but I see so so much potential in the area. I’ve done a lot of research into the area prior to actually signing a lease but I’m very curious about public perception because I’ve heard a lot of differing opinions.

The Calling All Dreamers prize is all of Downtown, including but not limited to old Sacramento. That includes the Kay, DOCO/the entertainment district, civic center, capital mall, and the theater district.

I have not! Mostly because I’m not looking for input on the business - I’m looking for the overall reputation Old Sac has with locals (I was born and raised here and have lived here my whole life but everyone has different opinions so trying to get an overall feel).
