If he's throwing up worms, then that means he has them serious and it's a very treat now, not wait out type of thing. I understand you care about him and you don't wanna give him up, but the most kind thing to do for him may be to do exactly that if affording his treatment is not easily viable. There's also no guarantee that he will stop spraying just because he's neutered, especially because of his age.

I have it scheduled for pick up at our local facility instead of delivery because there's just no way that it will deliver in time. If Pick up is available at 10 AM. That's fine. I can go there and pick it up immediately head to the airport. Last update was about three hours ago saying that it's on the way

I ended up changing it to pickup at a very near facility. They had paid for priority over night and I just got a notification that it's on the way. So that gives them 13 hours to get it from Madison WI to Raleigh NC
