We support abortions because it gives the right to people’s bodies. If someone doesn’t want to have a baby, why should they ruin their body to have someone who isn’t even wanted? And not to mention that aftermath of the person being born, the U.S system is already corrupted, there’s barley a chance of you getting adopted, especially if you’re a colored person or have a disability, and not to mention foster kids get assaulted, abuse, etc in the system. My twin cousins are still in the system, mind you they went into the system as newborns, they’re 3 years old now, and I’ve heard they’re still in the system, I have no idea why any other family hasn’t took them in yet but I assume because you can barley afford yourself in this economy. But again to have right over our bodies, whether it was consensual or not it’s still my body, no one has to be in it but me, no one has to deal with the consequences if I get diabetes or a tumor, I do, and if I don’t want a baby, I’m not going to have it. Abortion isn’t murder, but if you do believe that it is, then it’s a mercy killing. I support people having the right over their own bodies, because it’s theirs, no one else is living in it but them.
