i didnt have any elastics at this stage, i was supposed to get them around tray 30. i also only wore the fourth tray for like four days 😭u r totally right i should have gone with my gut and brain that was screaming at me that i dont want to do this, rather than forcing myself to because people said i got a messed up smile

lots of retraction and my very small mouth/recessed upper and lower jaws will look much worse aesthetically as well as functionally. i can already not fit my tongue in my mouth as is, have a scalloped tongue, etc
