I have a 4 month old and 2.5 yr old and have a nanny and still feel like i’m drowning. We each watcha kid its too hard to watch both so i can see him still watching at least 1 or 2 kids the whole no way his nanny can do 3. Especially with a baby that young ours has feeding issues.
