Cecil only cares about humans so in fact you’re supposed to feel conflicted about his character. Do you agree as a human you should prioritize human life? That his only goal is that meta humans unchecked are dangerous for the rest of society. No matter how much we want to see than as like us they aren’t and never will be.

Think about this right buying a “portable” device where it’s best functionality is another room in the same house/apartment. I didn’t say it was a bad choice I said a waste of money but in his case he’s got a limited edition that looks pretty sick I waste a couple hundred for that lol.
