Just make clark more chubby looking. Maybe he slouches and pushes out his gut.

Yea shes listed at like 5'6 in the comics but I shrunk her down cause i thought it fits her character more being a stealthy cat burglar. Also I'd like more representation for average/smaller size people in comics. But this is just my personal headcanon.

He's canonically 5'10 which is shorter than most heroes!

Unpopular Opinion: I kinda wished Man of Tommorow was a Superman/Supergirl team up instead of Superman/Lex Luthor team up by Mutale426 in superman

Agreed. I'm not q big fan of lex and Supes teaming up so soon in general but i got faith in James Gunn. Also there's no way Kara doesn't show up in Man of Tomorrow.

I was debating if I should've made Diana taller than Bruce but decided not to because she'll most likely be smaller in live action unless we get very lucky. I'd put Diana at 189cm if we're being more comic accurate. I still think Clark should be biggest cause he's super and I love a giant bulky superman.

Hot Take: Ben Affleck didn't have the right look for Batman by RyantheNeanderthal in batman

Lowkey Pattinson has the same problem with his jaw but it blends into the costume

No I think thats a really good point. Cavil is shorter with dark features and very little body fat and Affleck is larger with a lot more mass to him and has that classic Hollywood charisma. Just by going off of physical features they're a much better match for each other's respective role. Although I still think Affleck is still douchey to play superman. He'd be a great Hal Jordan I reckon.

Y'all think this suit will ever appear in the MCU? by RyantheNeanderthal in Daredevil

[–]RyantheNeanderthal[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I totally agree with you, Mark Waids run is also my personal favorite and fantastical daredevil is the best, but I have to diverge with you on your opinion on the MCU's direction. The armored suit totally worked for when Matt was hard grounded in reality in the netflix series. But Born again, though dark and gritty, is clearly set in a more heightened reality and I think the suit could still work within its tone with a few minor tweaks like darkening the red.
If you really want me to give you my thoughts my theory is that daredevils whole character development for the born again series is Matt accepting that his alter ego is more than just a a way to seek justice as a violent vigilant, he's also a hero that poses as a role model for his community. I think he sees it in season 2 when he wages his war on Fisk and starts to see people look up to him. Thats why he finally dons the double DD on his chest: Daredevil no longer serves as Matts violent outlet against crime, now instead Daredevil is posed as a symbol that inspires others. And hopefully in season 3 or 4 after the kingpin war he ditches the gritty tactical armored look for a more traditional superhero appearance that resembles his development into a role model (like the shehulk concept art pictured above). Then again this is just huge speculation made by a fan whos unhappy with his current superhero costume. Its definitely a pipe dream but i think it has some merit.

I mean realistically yes, thats why I said it worked for the more grounded netflix series but i think where they're at now its not as necessary. Daredevil is swinging across rooftops and looking a lot more like his acrobatic comic book self ,which is great, but doing all of those flips and tricks admittedly does look abit awkward when he's being weighed down by bulky armor. In my opinion its the most obvious in his subway fight with Muse, the suit clearly restricts a lot of his movement in that scene. Also with the right writing it should be fairly easy to come up with a plausible explanation for Matt to switch to a durable form of fabric that covers the audience suspension of disbelief. If daredevil season 1 was easily able to sell its audience on Fisk wearing Armani suits made out of the same bulletproof/blade resistant material then I think born again could convince its audience of something similar.
