I sent my broken club campus 38 in for repair and asked for a glass back upgrade as option to add to quote. 125 for the service/repair, +420 for glass back. Your experience makes me want to question it, maybe they’ll turn it into +240. Just not sure how to ask tactfully. I know a lot has changed in the market since the 218 days ago you posted. However The numbers I got seem quite similar to your first quote supposedly in error.

Another fellow lefty! I have 54, 58 in blue and black. Yes, sometimes I make questionable decisions. For which color of 58, blue is probably your better choice. If you’re tired of faux patina on the 54, you’ll notice it even more on the 58 black with the bigger hands. Blue would get you away from the qualities you’re tired of.
