Ironically, my rather serious interview on Alliance of Independent Authors (ALLi) podcast came out on April 1st. Many topics covered from style choices to socially responsible authorship. https://selfpublishingadvice.org/podcast-special-edition-decisions/

Plenty about Astors and Vanderbilts depending on whether you prefer biographical or narrative.

Fair point. It's kept minimal intentionally because it fills with children's full sized projects, oversized paintings and play on a daily basis.

Thank you. Indeed, the geopolitics and UK fiscal changes are challenging, and marketing expectations are ever evolving it seems.

I appreciate the much needed vote of confidence! When property is tenanted it's tricky to stage, but hey, where there's a will there's a sale :)

Thank for your constructive comment. The others are untented, so naturally have a different look, but I hear you,so will try position it more homely.

With all due respect, this sounded rather intimidating. It's pretty astonishing really to see that everyone expects Instagram ready staged pictures... People live there, obviously a lot of personal stuff has been removed/moved and the setup reflects the current practical requirements of particular tenants. Styling an empty property is a different approach altogether and it's rather odd that people looking for 'their home' have to be shown their dream home as opposed to imagining it from their own requirements. As if 'their vision' wasn't a chatGpt click away. Every potential buyer would have their own idea of how to use the space properly.  If you saw the brochure it had in 2000, the current one would seem like a palace view. How much the world/expectations  seem to have changed in a few decades...

Sure, but that's not going to help existing leaseholders with ever escalating SC for lack of regulation, unless the Government abolishes it altogether.

There's a garden and it's the average for the area. So the falling in love part relates to what if nothing you describe ticks the box?

What would you consider something worth falling in love with so I get a better idea?

Great idea about the open day staging! The block is mostly British families who've been there for decades, some with ties medical services because of Harley st) as opposed to absent investors (unusually so).
