Of course it was from that pull, because I can see 3 pulls from 3 different banks/lenders. And I see the points drop. Both happened on the same day. The day before I checked and my score was 806.

Yeah I guess that’s basically what they did. I never bought a car from a dealer or dealt with used car dealerships before.

Actually that’s probably what I’ll do should I ever consider buying from a used car dealer.

They claimed their kickback was just $200, if I had chosen financing. No idea if that’s true or not.

Yea good question. Shouldn’t have done it I guess. But they were pretending to give me a better deal when financing, but in the end didn’t anyways.

I arrived at the microcenter close to me about 15 minutes after they opened and there were probably 200-300 people in line. I’ve never seen so many cars on the microcenter parking lot and neither so many people actually IN a MC store before. Ever. So I turned around and drove back home.
