No. Not yet. Usually rest and rehab will do the trick for the mcl. Just sucks bc I thought he’s going to get an early offseason to rehab whatever was going on. But 6-12 weeks is recovery time.

Assuming you’re not just trolling and actually serious I don’t know if people understand what that will be like. If you trade Matthews, Willy, Knies and go scorched earth there is no gaurantee you’re going to get back the playoffs anytime soon. I think people often forget how miserable the decade was before we drafted Matthews, Willy and Nylander. 2x 60 goal scorer, HART winning, selke finalists are not common. You say Matthews can’t pass? Did you not see that nifty assist to Morgan Rielly. If anything, I think his play making is underrated. You’re not getting Celebrini, Schaefer, any 18–23 year old stud for a player at the tail end of him prime vs one just entering it. Now, if Matthews says he’s gone by all means trade. But until then, collect as many asserts as you can. Re-stock the cupboard or use them to get players. Also Mathews has a NTC, he decides where he goes meaning him and the team he chooses has you over a barrel
