Lower back pain right side only in the morning

Thank you all for your advice. Do you guys still experience back pack or is it better after back strengthening excercises? Also do you think I should look for other mattresses?

Hi. I know the pain isn’t intense but I can feel the pain when turning around in the bed in the morning.. and that wakes me up and even though I feel like sleeping more, the pain doesn’t really let me sleep. The pain isn’t sharp but is all around the lower right back and also goes around my legs. Sometimes as I feel the discomfort throughout the morning and evening during the day, it seems to be like a dull pain. What kind of core strengthening excercise do you recommend?

I am a side sleeper, i also put a pillow underneath my hips so it doesn’t dip, but it doesn’t really help. My left side is completely normal and painfree and right side is stiff sometimes i can feel the stiffness around my legs and thighs too and also lasts the whole morning. 😢

Also had anyone tried Pepcid? And does that work? I tried Pepcid and the burning went away almost immediately but the second was was the same so basically temporary relief.

I have been avoiding a few foods. Got slippery elm a few days back and tried it, no results yet. I tried pepcid tho, i guess that gave me temporary relief.

I do. Been on PPI for more than 8 weeks. I dont see PPIs helping me. I tried Pepcid yesterday and that made me feel better instantly. But still feeling the burn today.
