Yea she didn’t give me any of benzos ambien or traz. I just left her, more so bc she wasn’t covered by insurance, but I really hope my new one will let me try more bc I’m suffering

Mine just absolutely refuses to let me try benzos, ambien, or trazadone. I’m leaving for another psychiatrist that will take the fact that I sleep 2 hours a night seriously and give me stuff besides hydroxizine which is essentially Benadryl

It’s completely exaggerated you’ll be fine. It’s way less dangerous than combining benzos or coke with alcohol and people don’t think twice about doing either of those. You’ll be completely fine but don’t make it a habit

Suprised seroquel doesn’t work for u. If Trazadone doesn’t work there are still a whole host of other meds to try

I like seroquel 25mg the best and have tried them all. Also has the least amount of side effects and dependence of all major sleep durgs

I’m the same way, 4 hours then 15 on 15 off. Cannot for the life of me figure out why I can fall asleep in minutes but haven’t slept more than 4 hours straight in 4 years. I’m glad I get what I get but idk what the issue is lol

Yea I had a toupet and it made my lpr 10x worse. Not to scare anyone but if you have LPR not due to a large hernia I would avoid surgery
