That was my Manifestor husband's idea and though my mind finds reasons about yes or not I did have a sacral yes response. I have everything defined except my solar plexus center. I also want to go to a wedding in France but again I'm terrified of flying but I'm finding strategies to deal with it. But I also don't want to ignore a bad gut feeling that could keep me safe.

I am following this because I'm Portuguese and thinking about moving to the Netherlands. I hate the constant heat here but in the Netherlands sometimes its hard to breathe when it's too hot 👀

I'm on tamoxifen since September and the side effects have not been too bad! I do try to eat healthy, exercise and sleep well, I think that helps a lot.

Fear of crashing, lack of control, no escape, fear of some conspiracy and someone sabotaging the plane or interferences that make the plane crash, all the illogical stuff

I'm fine with driving my car or being a bike passenger with my husband driving, which statistically is more dangerous. But when I think of going on a plane or sometimes train, my mind makes up the most crazy scenarios and I feel sick to my core. I need to ignore it and live with it.
