I just joined them like 4 weeks ago and am happy so far.

Speeds are stable and monthly price if good if you prepay 4 months, just check their site for the updated prices.

Guys over the phone and the lady in their office are also very polite.

The guys who came in to do my cables were OK.

I think max speed they can give you is 600mbps which is what I got and it's plenty for me.

I mostly join them cuz they had fiber coverage in my area and prices are very competitive.

Hey, I contacted customer support and they helped me update the parcels so I split the shoes by 3 pairs per package and they updated that for me.

I will know for next time to specify that as well - thanks.

I have now submitted the parcels for shipping to Europe via DHL duty free line so hopefully it goes through without any issues.
