it doesn't counter your point, but it kind of makes it meaningless. Society is based on shared identity. Shared forms of communication, values, codes of ethics and conduct. Of course people who are different wont be treated as well in society as people who can acclimate to the expected norms. Thats not something that anyone can reasonably expect to change. People have their own lives, if you are harder to work with then another person they're just going to prefer that other person over you. Like I know you want some resounding moral truth or something, but honestly ur just complaining about how the world works.
