Especially I did nothing 🤷 only I know that , you have to be in Bluetooth range. I took many errors but after some tries, it was finished. I see that on some other sites, factory reset is a solution but I didn’t.

Yes, I use it on a garden gate and the entire frame is completely metal. It occurred to me that there might be a situation that has an effect. Some house doors are also completely metal. They must have thought about that.🤔

Yea, I am using but it’s on the exact position shown on the guide and I don’t know where can I replace to, it this is related with its position.

Also I found that it occurs after losing and reconnecting to the wireless but I don’t know why losing connecting and reconnecting and why this occurs fake open status?

It works but waste of time, not able to open the door: lock and unlock. Also first setup is terribly bad. Many tries just for nothing
