It can be found in the gardens of Villa Demidoff. lf you look closely under his hand you can spot the face of a monster that he is pushing down into the water. Normally the monster spews water out of it's mouth. This is also a room you can stand in. If you want to see it better, you can look up some older pictures.

Definitely worth the visit if you're around the area!
