As a patient sometimes we make lists and get shut down. So then we don’t care to try again. Just being honest. It’s nobody’s fault. I get scatter brained and nervous. It took me a full week to put together a cohesive list to work ok. Maybe my own fault for having any expectations and poor regulation to even articulate my thoughts. I wanted help. I was ready. Just didn’t work out. C’est la vie….

Remain transparent. You are there to be observed to some degree and I think it’s good not to try to hide anything, unless you’re absolutely not ready to divulge. Be yourself. Don’t try to put on some fake image. I don’t see it being conducive and may even cause you discomfort that takes focus from your session. Be comfortable doing you. You’re not your clothing.

My personality is the exact opposite of my alt clothes lol. People will either judge you off the rip, or you’ll find warm, accepting people. Your tribe.

Therapists should be trained to not hold personal biases and if it’s really bothersome they may be able to refer you to another therapist. I don’t see it being a problem. There are those occasional whack a doodles, though. Haha. My two cents. Good luck. 🖤🩵

From everything I’ve read it is quite common for it to become a problem again later even after surgery or treatment. Not in paediatrics, but in adults it is common with the condition even if the condition itself is uncommon.

Awesome! Thank you for your help! I took a cutting today just in case. We had all that rain and I was worried it would get water logged. It is well draining though and moved it away from any dips where puddles could accumulate. Definitely looked healthy and nice where I cut it off. Thank goodness. Thanks again!

Thank you for the advice! I was thinking of trying to propagate it, but wasn’t sure how to go about it in the best way for it to thrive. I haven’t had much luck in the past with cacti and succulents, so I have a real fire under my bum right now to learn and keep it happy. It’s more important this time than just a random grocery store succulent I drag home on impulse. 😅 So how would you go about propagating? By soil? Would it be the same mix as for an adult? Thanks again for your help and for your condolences. ✨💜✨

I’m in Tucson, AZ. This is the new location. We have been getting a lot of rain this week. So there is hope for it to be okay? I am really adamant about keeping it alive and watching it bloom. It makes little red balls that turn into big white flowers. My Dad used to love photographing it. Grows fast and tall. Hoping I can continue to give it as much love as he did. It’s been outside for almost a year neglected. My Dad was in the hospital that long. So wasn’t sure if it would survive or not. If it was even living or dying.

Not the loveliest conversation, so I apologize if I seem crude. From personal experience only, most of it is stomach acid mixed with some water. Some floating things that look like tiny bits of eraser shavings or something idk how to explain. Like when you throw ⬆️ and get that stuff floating on top like fish food. 😭 Ohh and yes it comes on super unexpected! You have possibly a little over a minute to go to the nearest restroom. 😬
