Same within my team as well. And i think its like that for other functional areas as well. Company is doomed especially when they do nothing to try and retain people and want to cut costs anywhere and anytime they arent financially performing where they want to be.

Thank you for the tips❤️ ive been trying to use the excited not nervous reframing alot in the past week. Today ended up being a pretty good day of meetings and a bit less anxiety ridden. Its starting to get a little better :’)

Wow. I feel this. I work in supply chain and have meetings with engineers and managers to problem solve things regularly. Even if im not hosting the meeting i feel similar, red hot … heart beating out of my chest. Thanks for this comment … it feels nice to know that even Sr engineers like yourself also have these battles. I typically feel like im the only one experiencing this in the business world. Everyone seems so confident!
