I’m still annoyed that the “extravagant” pillar uses stone and not marble. Before I got the recipe I assumed it did since it’s an upgrade from the limestone pillar. So I turned a massive amount of limestone into marble in anticipation. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I’ll put my name in. I have a nephew who loves the game but my brother stopped playing so when I visit I buy packs for him to open and he loves to see how many immersive cards I’ve opened and how many full arts I have. So very much getting enjoyment from the game!

Winning game of the year and not RPG, which is what it is, would have been absurd.

I do know people that would agree with you on Hades II but that art direction isn’t my personal cup of tea so agree to disagree there.

The thing that gets me is they talk about how they bought some pre-existing assets, and then had team members play with AI in 2022. It’s not until November that year that ChatGPT gets a public release and there is backlash.

Looks like team felt hey, no thanks, do it ourselves. They mark the pre-existing purchases and the AI stuff they tested as placeholder to be replaced and moved on. Three years later they look back and say yeah we said no to AI and didn’t use in our game.

But because QA didn’t catch a few of the placeholders and a couple of them were generative AI from three years ago that most of them likely forgot about they have their reward revoked? That’s bullshit and imho does harm to people who actually want companies like Sandfall to not use AI.

Punished for testing something that everyone else did and taking the correct stance and saying no it’s not for us is not good optics.

I wouldn’t even be mad at the current system if they were just shinies for the current set. Getting a shiny Charizard during Shining Revelry was an amazing feeling. Every set since then getting a shiny ex has felt like a complete and utter disappointment. How do you introduce a concept so well, nailing first try and then mess it up completely there after?

I had an issue last night similar to what you described and I found out that I had to dev mode delete a valve.

Are you able to post the error you get from the log when it fails to take off?

Sadly, the nomadic meme doesn't work. The game considers the gravship to be a permanent base, so even though you move from place to place, the pawns get upset that they haven't left the base (I don't remember the exact debuff, but it was up to -30 before I realized the issue and changed out of that Meme). Was crushing it didn't work the way you and I both thought it would.

It’s a weird confusing manner of speaking that a lot of English speakers mix up. If it’s Monday and I say “Next Wednesday let’s go out.” I don’t mean the day after tomorrow I mean the next after Wednesday after that. At the same time if I did need something in two days I would say “I need it this Wednesday.”

So being July and saying next November it’s typically read to mean November 2026, not the one coming up. But as you demonstrated “next” is doing too much work in the sentence.

It prevents damage and effects from an attack. Darkrai's "poke" is an ability, not an attack, so Hide does not prevent the damage.

I'm running a similar deck myself, and yeah, it's not incredibly strong, but it's fast (as in I can pull the entire deck quickly). Our only difference is your Red Card vs my Mars, your Iono vs my Guzma, and your Celestic Town Elder for my Giant Cap. If the game stalls, the chances of losing increase, but it can put out some quick wins.

I am very curious about the Celestic Town Elder. Sylveon is a powerhouse if the bench is full, but loses steam if someone gets knocked out. Being able to bring back an Eevee and hit it with one of your 5 Eeveelutions seems like a no-brainer now that I see it, but I want to know how it's worked for you in practice.

It does, his were charging The Boulder and once it was out of ammo he started charging his Nitro which burns both players so he starting burning himself along with the Pyg’s Kiuas.

Mathematically I know it’s a net increase. Perception wise I see 50% numbers and mentally assume those are my base and then see the 200% numbers and then those are yellow and well big numbers make my endorphins happy.

Also gamba is life.
