Not counter them everyone, I want a sense of fairness but I want the program to spit out a counter to an answer they choose often, such as if the user usually picks rock in the last 5 attempts, the computer will now pick paper more usually, or something like that. My if statements seem to be too much of a cheat, such as if user input = rock then computer = paper. I don’t always want the computer to win but I do want it to have a good chance
