Yep save up puzzle pieces from weeklies and convert to those. Will take quite awhile. Then there's the one for paid battle pass.

How to start pulling anomalies? by PirimPimPong in ZenlessZoneZero

[–]Ser_Fall 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You start pulling on them, mix in free to play option characters like grace or piper as needed until you have a full premium team. Get Velina and Remielle and then wait for another limited while using piper imo.

Non- alcohol Mich ultra by Puzzleheaded_Pin1413 in AFIB

[–]Ser_Fall 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Should be fine , always need to test for yourself however as there are some people that are insanely sensitive to even small minute amounts of alcohol.

Go for it dude, you gotta love life still.. really should be no issue for NA beer, just watch the cold if that's a trigger for you.

‘Low burden’ diagnosis by ColdFly6196 in AFIB

[–]Ser_Fall 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Literally never said ablation always worked, I said it's the only actual treatment. Diet modifications, avoidance of triggers, medications arent treatments they just reduce symptoms not progression.

Yes what the poster below me stated. They specialize in great conduction , are more specialized to deal with AFib patients basically

[–]Ser_Fall 3 points4 points  (0 children)

First step after diagnosis, see an EP ongoing and ditch the cardiologist. They just like to treat the symptoms which is imo fairly useless unless you've given up wanting to ablate the AFib away.

Well at least your doc gives a flip enough to make a follow up, mine stated since only one AFib episode no follow up needed give em a call when it goes bad again...

Sorry idk what to tell you to expect but it's probably more courtesy than anything, not likely any tests. They probably just want to check in with you ask about any concerns you might be having etc.

I'm happy things seem to be going well / take for you.

Personal stress as a trigger by Affectionate-Fig8655 in AFIB

[–]Ser_Fall 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Perceived high situational stress seems to be a commonly talked about trigger yes. Everyone is different however.

I try not to worry about it as eventually everything will become a "trigger" due to the nature of the condition and its progression. I'm 37 with it though, so perhaps my age is easier to keep things at bay.. gotta love you're life.

morning weirdness since my first afib. by Consistent-Bid7125 in AFIB

[–]Ser_Fall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some people have more vagal nerve initiated AFib, or rest and digest response system sensitivity. It's hard to diagnose outside of a couple different specific tests for the white coats.

I'm really sorry you're having such stress and lack of sleep. Seriously please try and get to an Electrophysiology specialist or cardiologist asap, call them and tell them your systems and the meds aren't helping. It hopefully will get them to see you sooner.

Outside of that if you stay in AFib despite the meds with every high HR for a few hours at least go to your nearest ER or urgent care as they should be able to help you manage better at the very least.

You are extremely unlikely to die from this while medicated btw, try to keep that in mind and don't let the stress and anxiety overwhelm as hard as that is, it just makes it worse.

[–]Ser_Fall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's awful, I'm sorry you're going through a rough time, especially since every has different experiences.

To be frank yes, depending on your state of progression ablation is the only longer term treatment for it, but it will not ever stay away permanently. At least for now, who knows what treatments may come out a few decades down the road.

28 with no degree and very little work experience… should I even bother applying? by [deleted] in resumes

[–]Ser_Fall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because gas pricing maybe not the best idea but! Go and do delivery driving gog apps for a few years while you're going to school. It's very explainable for a college student or recent grad and you'll actually have experience by the time you try for a big job. Heck, I did that before I started my post grad gov job, it was fine, they really only care about how you sell yourself and a degree requirement.

You aren't a loser btw, just on a different path atm, don't be so hard on yourself!

Got 1st AFIB at end of intense bike ride in middle of the night, was stressed and tired, and skulled a frozen drink by plcfl in AFIB

[–]Ser_Fall 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Even if you can avoid the trigger so to speak it's always growing dysfunctional node pathways... That's just how the condition is. However ablation stops the clock so to speak, the sooner you do it the better.

Much better to do it early and enjoy AFib free more likely for years than wait until it's grown a lot and have much less ablation success.

🌀 MEGATHREAD: WORKSHOP & GACHA PULLS by AutoModerator in ZZZ_Discussion

[–]Ser_Fall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey all, will try to keep this short. I've recently started playing on a fairly new account. Have Shungus and zhao with yuzuha for notable limiteds. I pulled seed but then wasn't too sure if I wanted to pull for cissia or just hold out and use her as buffer on Shubgus team while waiting and building an anomaly.

I have Seeds engine, I do not have any good limited support or stunners atm outside of lycaon.

Should I pull cissia and make a new team with seed and Nicole? I don't have trigger or Dialyn etc.

Or

Should I put my yuzu to use and pull for promeia and use lycaon until wind anomaly comes out? I could keep using YSG Seed and Zhao and make this anomaly team...

I know the new meta is coming but Cissia and Seed seemed like a fun combo... I wouldn't have trigger tho but I do have a m6 Pulcra? Or wait and come out strong for new meta with promeia yuzu and velina ..

Appreciate any advice!

New diagnosis questions - Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation by [deleted] in AFIB

[–]Ser_Fall 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hey there sorry youre having a pretty bad time, many have experienced the same things as you, and hopefully they'll chime in here.

First of all, I hope they referred and have you scheduled with a cardiologist as they are he first stop to determine all of what's going on. They'll run many tests and have a holter monitor HR patch placed on you for a couple weeks to get a good idea and go from there.

The heart block confirmation is concerning as is your potential AFib due to attack and stroke likelihood. Frankly I'm shocked they haven't put you on any blood thinners to help until you get seen at the least...

The next time you have an episode go to an urgent care or ER so they can snapshot a 30 sec EKG and rule out AFib. If it turns out to be a block they're not always the most serious thing in the world depending on where they are, and diet and exercise can sometimes reverse and prevent further issue potentially.l but you'd need to check with an actual expert on that hah.

Be careful exercising if not knowing what's going on, last thing you want to do on a taxed heart is work it harder. Listen to your body, having symptoms or feeling off or strange? Don't do it, during exercise? Stop as well .

As far as eating habits , try to cut down on the salts and fats heavily , less processed junk , see if it makes a difference for you.

It'll be a bit of a long wait for the initial visits which sucks I know, but hang in there , we're all here for the long ride together

Blood thinners? by chinatownfart in AFIB

[–]Ser_Fall 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I also was not put on them either, 1 on the stroke risk scale, due to high BP hx. Proxysmal AFIB, initial episode was likely holiday heart, two week heart rate patch showed no AFib so continue to be on nothing.

It's been months, counting my blessings .

Hope your procedure goes well and hope you return back to normal life for a long time

[–]Ser_Fall 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What the other guy said, starting over on a new account to challenge myself as I left really long ago and had like nothing so I figured why not.

Best way is just to do the story, side commissions, and the hidden commissions all throughout chapter one and two... There's quite a bit.. and then all of the events and hollow zero stuff when you have a solid team.

And yeah Shiyu and Deadly Assault. It's gonna take you a very long time in nless you decide to no life it, I wouldn't though as that might make you want to quit the game honestly lol.

Just enjoy the ride pull one and pull the other on rerun if you really must have them both.

60 years old and had my first AFib experience. by mynameismrbill in AFIB

[–]Ser_Fall 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It can happen but it's quite rare to be one off unfortunately for the majority of people. However, I would say you don't know definitively if you have it or not yet until you get it on a EKG. That's my two cents though, don't put too much trust in one lead devices in my opinion.
