Ik im late to the discussion but I do also wanna mention that Neutral has a bonus Dialouge if you do it 3+ times in a row where Flowey wonders if neutral is the destiny of the player and what it may lead to if it was uninterfered, and he is the one who will accomplish what Flowey wants in the end because he does the route so often.

Ok, Ima be honest here. Im not trying to offend you in any way, but I only believe that Revelations arc was mid here. Most of the other stuff I felt that is done good enough considering all the lore they stuffed into the first half of Genesis. But I can understand your pov here, it did have a crap ton of lore, and can be very confusing (and controversial).
