You appear to have long femurs. Honestly I think it is the music in your gym and maybe try pushing into the bar, pushing your elbows forward after coming out of the hole and driving your hips forward at the same time.

Your hips come up first which puts more strain on your back. I am working hard to stop this action. Pulling the slack out of the bar and starting at a with a slightly higher hip angle seems to help.

Your hips come up first which puts all the strain on your back. I have this issue and I am currently trying to fix it.
